The Licenses

1. GRANT OF LICENSE Archive & Atlas grants the Purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use "The Scans" for strictly non-commercial, personal projects. 2. PERMITTED USES (What You CAN Do) - Personal Creative Work: Experimentation, practice, and personal digital art. - Social Media: Posting on personal accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) where no product, service, or brand is being promoted. - Personal Displays: Wallpapers for your devices or printing a single copy for your own home/office wall. - Educational Use: Student projects and classroom assignments. 3. PROHIBITED USES (What You CANNOT Do) - NO Business Use: You cannot use these scans for any project that generates revenue or promotes a business/brand. - NO Client Work: You cannot use these for projects you are being paid to complete. - NO Advertising: No use in any form of paid or organic marketing. - NO Physical Merch: No printing for sale. - NO Resale: You may not redistribute or share the raw files with others. 4. OWNERSHIP Archive & Atlas retains all copyrights. This license is for individual use only.

GRANT OF LICENSE Archive & Atlas hereby grants the Purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual right to use the included digital assets ("The Scans") for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the limitations below. 2. PERMITTED USES (What You CAN Do) You are permitted to use the assets in: - Marketing & Advertising: Social media ads, email campaigns, and promotional graphics. - Web & Digital: Website backgrounds, UI design, blog posts, and digital publications. - Print Media: Books, magazines, and marketing brochures with a print run under 250,000 copies. - Small Scale Video: YouTube content, monetized social video, and independent projects. 3. PROHIBITED USES (What You CANNOT Do) - No Resale/Distribution: You may not resell, sub-license, or redistribute the raw scan files, even if they are modified. - No "As-Is" Products: You may not sell the assets as standalone products (e.g., selling them as textures, prints, or posters where the scan is the primary value). - No Broadcast/VOD: Use in major motion pictures, television shows, or streaming service originals (Netflix, HBO, etc.) is strictly prohibited. - No AI Training: Use of these assets to train generative AI models is prohibited. 4. OWNERSHIP This license is a transfer of use rights, not a transfer of title. Archive & Atlas retains all copyrights and ownership of the original film scans and digital files. 5. ATTRIBUTION Attribution is not required but is greatly appreciated. If you choose to credit us, please use: "Film assets provided by Archive & Atlas."

GRANT OF LICENSE Archive & Atlas grants the Purchaser (or the Purchaser's Client) a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use the included digital assets ("The Scans") for any and all commercial, editorial, and entertainment media. 2. EXTENDED PERMITTED USES (The "Unlimited" Clause) This license includes all rights from the Limited Commercial Use License, plus the following: - Broadcast & Streaming: Unlimited use in Television, Motion Pictures, Video on Demand (Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc.), and National/Global Advertising. - Unlimited Physical Production: No cap on physical units. This covers mass-market apparel, product packaging, and global retail distribution. - Out-of-Home (OOH) Media: Use on Billboards, transit ads, and large-scale environmental graphics. - Multi-User Access: Authorized for use by all employees and contractors of the purchasing entity for projects related to the entity's business. 3. PROHIBITED USES - No Direct Resale: You may not resell the raw scan files as standalone stock or textures. - No AI Training: Use of these assets to train generative AI models is prohibited. 4. INDEMNIFICATION Archive & Atlas warrants that it is the sole owner of the original film and has the full right to grant these permissions. 5. OWNERSHIP Archive & Atlas retains original copyright. This license serves as a master usage grant for professional production environments.
